Heart Pocket Tokens – Various

Individually made fused glass heart token.
Each heart is made using coloured glass, surrounded wire fired between two layered of glass. Due to the process each will be totally unique.
We can hand write a note on the back of the card to send to your loved one, just add the text in your order.
Can be detached from the backing cards.
On average the glass token is 3.5 x 3.5cm. The cards measure 8.5 x 5.5cm. When packaged these will fit through your letterbox!
The glass is rounded and tactile and lovely to hold and keep in your pocket.
