We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our returns and refund policy below.

1. Cancellations (Online Orders)

• Under UK law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To cancel, please contact us at hello@thehappyglassstudio.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
• You must return the item(s) within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

3. Exclusions

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless faulty):

• Custom or personalised orders (e.g., made-to-order fused glass pieces)
• Sale items sold as “imperfect” or “clearance”
• Items damaged due to misuse or accidents after delivery

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
• After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund, in line with your legal rights.

5. How to Return

Please email hello@thehappyglassstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending items back. We will provide instructions for safe return.
