Welcome to my first blog post!
I wanted to share a little bit about myself, my work and what inspires my creations.
I grew up roaming the fields and hedgerows of rural Hertfordshire, where nature was my playground. Those carefree days continue to inspire my work—filled with golden light, tangled brambles and the simple joy of being outside but now in the sunny (mostly) shores of Cornwall.
My love affair with glass began the moment I discovered its magical transformation—from sharp and fragile to fluid and smooth. Working with glass allows me to be spontaneous and intuitive, embracing the beauty of imperfection and the surprises that come from letting go of control.
In 2017, I moved to Cornwall with my family and now work from a garden studio surrounded by trees, birdsong, and endless inspiration, as well as my studio/showroom at River Barns, Bridge near Portreath. I am a small business with a team of 4 at the showroom as well as my amazing family that support my work.

I’ve also been exploring painting—especially watercolours and inks that reflect my love for the countryside.
Creating is not just what I do—it’s who I am. I’m endlessly grateful to those who’ve supported my journey, from my early days of “experimental” pieces to the incredible galleries and lovely customers who believe in what I make.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope my work brings you a little of the joy and freedom I feel every time I create. We’ll be releasing more blogs and content in the coming months as the business goes through an exciting change, stay tuned for more!
