Summers in Cornwall
As we rocket through the summer season here in Cornwall, we thought we’d share a few of our favourite reasons why we love living here. Niko moved to Cornwall in 2017 with her family and fell in love with the county; closely followed by her sister Tess. They run the business together – Niko Brown Fused Glass and are passionate about supporting the close knit community in Cornwall, as well as enjoying all that it has to offer.
As an artist, Niko is inspired by the ever changing light, expanse of sky and nature. Whether it’s relaxing on the river banks of Devoran Quay or watching the light spill through the trees; her art is curated from the peace and beauty of our county’s surroundings.
If you enjoy being by the sea but also meandering through cobbled streets and enjoying an ice cream, here are some top coastal spots with lovely Cornish galleries to visit include:
Porthleven, Perranporth, Perranporth, Falmouth and St Ives to name a few. Stay tuned for later blogs to hear about the lesser known spots we love in Cornwall.
As it’s the summer season, we thought we’d spotlight our Jolly Lolly Fused Glass collection.
