“Fused glass to make you smile”

We are the happy glass studio by Niko Brown – formerly Niko Brown Fused Glass, a small team of creatives working out of the studio and showroom near to the coastal town of Portreath, Cornwall. Niko (the artist and founder) started her fused glass journey in rural Hertfordshire, she says “My love affair with glass began the moment I discovered its magical transformation—from sharp and fragile to fluid and smooth. Working with glass allows me to be spontaneous and intuitive, embracing the beauty of imperfection and the surprises that come from letting go of control.”

Niko moved to Cornwall in 2017 and grew the business with happy, playful designs largely for the gifting market but also works in other mediums to inspire herself and come up with inspiring new projects. Everything that’s created in the studio near to Portreath is unique and hand fired in our kilns in Cornwall. We hope you enjoy the designs and they bring a smile to your face.
